I also want to thank lugiamania for identifying 2005 Fanime Con #144 and 2005 Fanime Con #187. I admit there are errors and mis-spellings. It's OK. 99.9% care about the picture more than the identification. Regardless, I welcome more corrections ^__^ Sinus Problems Throughout the month of March, I thought I was sick. I stayed home on weekends and took it easy at work. I telecommuted Monday March 10 to Thursday March 14. I hate telecommuting. I have trouble concentrating and network connection to work is slow. I live 15-20 minutes from work. For me, it's worth driving to work. I'm old school ;-) I went to the doctor on March 26. The doctor found nothing wrong with me and he believed I have allergies. I took Tylenol Cold & Allergy. I felt much better days later. I started going back to the gym on April 7 doing light workouts. I hope to begin my regular workout next week because . . . . . . Busy At Work The last two weeks at work has been super busy or super quiet. Tomorrow and for the week, it's going to be busy. Why? For my department's 3rd Quarter Fiscal Year, I'm practically 100% responsible for everything from calculating the numbers and putting the charts and information together. A few of my co-workers provide me with some data. I'm responsible for putting all the data together. Termites. On March 31 and April 1, 2008, my family and I stayed at my brother's house because our house got tented for termites. The extermination was successful. I took two days off work. The biggest hassle was moving the food and medications. Anime. I finished watching Code Geass. I'm looking forward to the second season. I'm caught up on Bleach at episode 168. Episode 166 made my cry, and it's the second anime episode I cried. The first time I cried was Fushigi Yuugi episode 33. I'm going to finish watching Clannad TV series and then watch ef A Tale Of Memories. I have 12 episodes of ef. Updates:

Update January 15, 2008:New Year. Happy New Year. 2007 seemed to be the fastest year in my life. Hope for another good year 2008. Nutcracker. I saw The Nutcracker on Saturday December 22, 2007. The last time I watched the ballet was December 1999. Ballet San Jose continues the annual magic. Anime. I attended SacAnime on January 11-13, 2008. Thank you to the staff and volunteers. I had a good time. Cosplay pics coming soon. One incident happened driving to Sacramento. My driver side rear tire experienced a blowout on Interstate 880. I changed the tire on the freeway and arrived at 12:50pm. As for anime series, I finished watching Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS. Great series which takes off on episode 10. I'm on episode 138 for Bleach. Crying Out Love, In The Center Of The World. My cousin introduced me to a Japanese Drama titled "Sekai Chuushin." The 11 episode drama is an awesome show. The series takes off after episode 5. The first 4 episodes were character development and set-up. It's worth watching and I was hooked after episode 5. I finished reading The Age Of Turbulence by Alan Greenspan. I enjoyed Part I where Greenspan talked about the events and his influence in the economy. I'm currently not reading any books. And I finished watching Heroes Seasons 1. Mr. Bennett is my favorite character. The guy is strong willed and does whatever it takes to make the right choice. Thank you to Spirited_Cetra for identifying 2007 AX pic #308 and faust8thsgrl for identifying 2007 Fanime photo #174. Minor updates in the following links pages: Anime, eCommerce, Family and Friends, and Technology.
Update November 18, 2007:On Halloween, I wore my Edward Elric cosplay to work. Three co-workers from another department took a picture of me. I'm not at an anime con -__- After work, I went to the Winchester Mystery House where there was a cosplay gathering. We went to the gardens, took lots of pictures, and went to Chili's for dinner. I finished watching Lucky Star and Claymore. Good series. Lucky Star is on my all-time favorite anime list, and the series is licensed by Bandai. For Bleach, I finished the Bontou series. IMO, waste of time. Just watch the captain battles ~~ I'm on episode 109. I also watch some episodes of Romeo & Juliet, Moetan, and Zombie Loan. I completed the series School Days which reminded me of my high school years. I'm currently watching Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS. The Age Of Turbulence. I'm about 40%-45% complete on the book by Alan Greenspan. The last chapter I read discussed the 2004 election between Bush and Kerry. I'm anxious to read part II which talks about how he approached solving economic problems-his analysis. Heroes . I'm on episode 21 of Heroes. I hope to finish the series during the Thanksgiving weekend. Team Fortress 2 (TF2). My friends got me hooked in the first person shooter TF2. The game is included in the Orange Box. I play Monday, a little on Friday, and Saturday evenings. TF2 is the first game I played online.

Update October 7, 2007:Let's start with the updates first.
Anime I'm currently watching. I'm on episode 105 in Bleach. Yeah, I'm behind =( I'm almost finish watching Claymore, and soon I finish watching Lucky Star and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS. Next week, I watch Moetan and Zombie Loan. The fall season starts soon and I don't know what I'm going to watch. I purchased Haruhi Special Edition DVD #2 and DVD #3. The book I'm reading is The Age Of Turbulence by Alan Greenspan. I purchased the book two weeks ago. If I had more time, I finished 50% of the book by now. The book is easy to understand so far in the five chapters I read. Greenspan uses lots of big word vocabulary. It's a good opportunity to learn new words, lawl XD Six Months At Cisco. September 19 marked six months I worked at Cisco. I met lots of new people, learned new skills, and experienced working in a multi-billion, tech company. Working at Cisco was a good career move. I signed up at Napster to download music. Downloaded Napster music is in Windows Media Audio (.wma) with Windows Media Digital Rights Management software. No complaints so far. Almost all of the music I downloaded is Classic Rock for my mp3 player to listen at work. Heroes. I purchased the Heroes Season 1 DVD box set. I'm on episode 9. Please, everyone, keep the spoilers to yourself. I know lots of people who are watching Season 1. My thoughts on the series: awesome. I want to finish the series ASAP so I can watch the second season. Mother's Vanilla Cookies. On Wednesday, I purchased a pack of the cookies. I remembered why I don't buy the cookies anymore. These cookies are super sweet. Really sweet ~~ Games. I learned how to play Liar's Dice, the dice game from Pirates Of The Caribbean 2. There are various rules. Visit Wikipedia Liar's Dice to learn how to play the easy dice game. And I purchased the card game Fluxx and Chez Geek. Yesterday, I went to the Northern California Renaissance Faire in Hollister, CA. It was my first time at the Ren Faire. My highlights were throwing an axe and hitting the target and winning three prizes at the games booth. My friends and I saw a joust match, heard singing, watched belly dancing, and watched live action shows. The lowlight was I didn't wear a costume. Next time I attend a Ren Faire, I must wear a costume.
Update August 25, 2007:Everyone, take a deep breath and pause for five seconds. Slow down. *takes a deep breath, exhale* O.K. Let's go. Hello, everyone. Thank you for visiting my webpage. How is everyone's 2007 going? Fast? Fastest year ever. Time is flying by super fast. End of discussion because I don't want to jinx the remaining 2007. If I talk about a year too much, I jinx the year ;-) The latest update is a clean slate. I summarize the major events between January 2007 and March 18, 2007:
March 19, 2007. On March 19, I started my new job a contractor for Cisco. Good bye Colliers. I learned new skills, met new people, and experienced new experiences I never have back at Colliers. The commute is longer, yet I have flexible work hours. My work hours at 10am-7pm. There is little traffic driving off peak times. I continue to learn more about Cisco and my department. Everyone can telecommute; however, I'm old school such that I have to work at Cisco. My second week at Cisco, my department had an off-site meeting in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The first day at Cisco I was told to schedule a flight for a four day off-site meeting. I was scared at first because I understood next to nothing about my responsibilities, my department functions, and Cisco jargon. In the end, the timing was perfect. I meet a lot of co-workers who are everywhere in the world, and they put a face to a name when we ask each other for help. It was my second time in Vancouver which helped when it came to walking around. My first time was the Washington Canada trip in August 2005. Anime time. I attended two conventions and two events wearing my cosplay. The two conventions were Fanime Con on May 25-28 and Anime Expo on June 29-July 2. Fanime Con was my second all-time favorite Fanime . As for Anime Expo, well, I made the best of it despite the numerous problems. There were good moments including the cosplay gatherings and the bad moments including the long wait in the hot sun. Someone told me a suggestion taking group shots. Take an all group shot with everyone in one picture and then take close-up group shots with a few cosplayers in one shot, another few cosplayers in a second shot, and another, etc. I want to thank the staff and volunteers from Fanime and Anime Expo. The two events were the San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival parade on April 22 and the San Jose Cherry Blossom Festival on April 29. The San Francisco I was disappointed because there were less cosplayers. After the parade, my friends and I hung out for the rest of the day and ate dinner there. The San Jose we all hung out at Far Side Toys for most of the afternoon. In the early evening, four of us went to San Francisco to visit Japantown and Pier 39. The anime series I watched Magicial Girl Lyrical Nanoha and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's completely. Nanoha is on my all-time favorite anime series. I'm currently watching Claymore, Bleach, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS, and Lucky Star. I watched a few episodes of Ghost Hunt, Darker Than Black, Nana, Baccano, Demonbane, Night Head Genesis, Hayate No Gotoku, and a few more I can't remember -__- I'm current behind in my manga readings. I'm two or three volumes behind on Full Metal Alchemist, Bleach, and Tsubasa Chronicle. I read three of the five volumes of xxxHolic I have. My next manga on my wish list is Nana. I watched 13 episodes and I'm addicted to the series. The series reminds me of a few people I knew in the past. Books. I read Business @ The Speed Of Thought by Bill Gates and The Eye Of The Storm by Robert Slater. I'm still choosing my next book. The most likely book is Mastering The Art Of Selling by Tom Hopkins. I listened to an abridged audio cassette of Tom Hopkins Mastering The Art Of Selling book. Technology Books. I also read Visual Quickstart Guide series Acrobat 7.0 Professional by Peachpit Press. I learned more about Acrobat than just printing, deleting, and editing .pdf files. The next technology books I read are PowerPoint because my department uses PowerPoint and Crystal Reports XI. Movies. I saw three movies which are Ghost Rider, Shrek 3, and Transformers. I saw Transfomers at Anime Expo 2007. I loved it. I'm going to get the DVD. I have no plans to watch anymore movies for the rest of 2007. On May 19, 2007, I purchased my first car. It's a 2005 Toyota Camry I bought from my neighbor. My neighbor and his wife moved to Virginia and they sold me their second car. The car runs great. Summer Sabbatical. In May, I was stressed working at Cisco. Frustrations, mistakes, and forgetting myself in April and May. I created the Summer Sabbatical for June, July, and August. When I'm out of work, I'm out of work. I do anything except work. I'm happy to say the sabbatical worked. I accomplished a lot and caught up on many activities including my bills, my webpage, creating more Blogs, accomplishing some goals, and hanging out more with my friends. Another round of thanks to the following helping identifying cosplayers:
Finally, the latest updates and some updates earlier in the year:
Update August 13, 2007:More police car pics. I uploaded lots of police car pics. The cities include Santa Cruz, San Francisco, San Jose, Campbell, and Long Beach. I also uploaded California Highway Patrol and Santa Clara County Sheriff. And I uploaded Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.

Menu included in the website. A big thank you to the following people who helped identify the following cosplay pics ^__^
Update July 29, 2007:Anime Expo 2007 cosplay pics are uploaded. Unfortunately, there are approximately 100 pics with a white spot. I don't know the reason. Maybe it's time to get a new camera. I took over 8,000 pics and I purchased the camera in April 2006 =P
Update July 23, 2007:Sorry I deleted your email. Debbie who emailed about my Edward cosplay, please resend. I apologize for deleting your email ;__; Update July 8, 2007:Fanime Con 2007 cosplay pics are uploaded.
Update June 16, 2007:Hello. It's been a long time. Let's go straight to the update. The 2007 Cherry Blossom Festival (CBF) cosplay pics are uploaded. Click the link. Enjoy. More updates are coming soon. Thank you for visiting.
Update March 18, 2007:Time To Say Goodbye. On Monday March 19, 2007, I start my new job as a contractor for Cisco. I'm both excited and scared for tomorrow. My feelings are normal. I'm leaving the Real Estate sector and entering the Tech sector. I like to thank all my family and all my friends for enduring me for a long time. A Few More Help. Thank you to those who emailed me helping my identify cosplayers. I got a few more emails. I update when I get the chance.
Update February 12, 2007:Rename The Year 2007. Initially, I named 2007 as the Year of the Big Break. I'm going to delay the Year of The Big Break to 2008. My new 2007 year is the Year I Prepare For The Big Break. So far, I have been doing lots of little things which are preparing me for the future. For example, I'm eating new foods and foods I never liked before such as Kiwi, oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and yogurt. Also, I'm wearing braces which is going to improve my dental hygiene and give me a better smile. And I still remember my VBlogs. I need to find time to learn how to use the video editing software I downloaded last month. I hope my VBlogs bring more people to visit my Blog. Wireless Router. I purchased a Netgear wireless router for home. Installation was simple. My home has wireless Internet access. Thank you to my brother and some of my friends for their help and suggestions. Anime Palace. The popular store Anime Palace moved to a new location from Sunnyvale to Santa Clara. On February 10, the store held a new grand opening. 25% off everything in the store. I spent $160. And I cosplayed as Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist. There were two other cosplayers. Updates. The updates are the following:
Update January 31, 2007:A Brief 2006 Look Back. I'm going to be brief talking about 2006 because it's bad luck to talk about the good and bad of a year, LOL! 2006 was a fast, busy, lost, and experiencing new experiences and doing new activities year. 2006 was the first time in my life I had back to back good years 2005 and 2006. 2006 was the Year Of The First which is similar to 2005 the Year Of The New, and sometimes I confuse the First and New for 2005 or 2006 :-P 2007 is going to be the Year I Prepare For The Big Break. My big moment, my big break, my missing number one moment from 1974-2004 is going to happen soon. I must begin preparations. My Grandfather past away on January 18, 2007 at the age of 89. Funeral services were held at Glendale, CA. During his last two and a half years, my Uncle and Aunt's family visited my Mom and Dad's house once a week to keep my Grandfather company. He's going to be missed. My Grandfather is going to be remembered the most as a family member who devoted a lot of time to make sure the family is happy. Braces. On Wednesday January 24, my orthodontist put on my braces. I'm wearing the clear ceramic braces. Very hard to see from a person to person length. I'm going to wear them for 1.5 to 2 years. Thank you to the following for helping me identify cosplayers:
All emails helping me identify cosplayers are verified to the best of my ability. Thank you to all the helpful emails. I received more. I get to them as soon as I can. Books. I'm currently reading Business @ The Speed Of Thought by Bill Gates and The Complete Reference Crystal Reports XI by George Peck. I'm going to read Part I only because at my current level, I just need to learn how to design reports XD Playstation 2. I purchased a PS2 after Christmas. I had two gift cards for which I lost a total of $6.00. The cards charged a $2.00 maintenance fee per month of inactivity. The sum of the gift cards paid for the PS2 and two memory cards. I plan to purchase some games soon. 2007 New Mexico Bowl. Congrats to the San Jose State Spartans for defeating New Mexico Lobos. 2007 Fiesta Bowl. Congrats to the Boise State Broncos for defeating the Oklahoma Sooners in one of the best college football games. Both San Jose State and Boise State are in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). You know you're a geek when you either say or know sound effects from your favorite shows or video games. Updates:
Update December 26, 2006:Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year. During the Xmas holiday, I completed the cosplay pics for Anime Overdose (AOD), JapanTown Anime Faire (JTAF), and Yaoi Con. I apologize for the long delay. I plan to look at the help identify cosplay emails as soon as I can. Thank you to those who emailed me. Week of December 11, 2006. December 11-15 I took a week off work. I went to Las Vegas on Dec 11-13, Santa Cruz on Dec 15, and Sacramento on Dec 17 which was a Sunday XD All three trips were fun. Unfortunately, I got sick on Dec 19 for which there were multiple possibilities that got me sick ;__;
![]() Happy Sashimi. Please visit my cousin's Japanese Restaurant at Happy Sashimi. The Japanese restaurant is located at 2718 Pinole Valley Road in Pinole. Menu included in the website.
Update December 10, 2006:The Real Update. Hello. So much happened since July 2006. After Anime Expo 2006, lots of goods and lots of bads happened. Between July 23 and October 28, I have been updating my webpage only. I never updated myself-I never shared the latest happenings on my home page since July 2006 ;__; Onward to the latest me ^__^ Anime Conventions. After AX'06, I attended Anime Overdose in August, Japan Town Anime Faire in September, and Yaoi Con on October. Earlier, I attended WonderCon in March, Cherry Blossom Festival in April, and Fanime Con in May. I'm skipping 2007 WonderCon and likely JTAF is finished forever. I'm questioning whether to attend the smaller conventions in 2007. Santa Cruz. On August 22, a few friends and I visited Santa Cruz. We walked around the beach area, went to the Boardwalk, and ate dinner at the Saturn Restaurant. The visit made me realize how close Santa Cruz is. The driving time is the same as driving from San Jose to Palo Alto during non commute hours. The last time I visited Santa Cruz was in August 2001. Uncle Raymond. Congratulations to my brother's family for their first child. Mark was born in September. The family is doing great. Snakes On A Plane. I watched Snakes On A Plane, the only movie I watched during the summer. I've have had it with these mutha **** snakes in this mutha **** plane :X Short Term Goals. Highlighting my short term goals for 2006-2007 include visiting Santa Cruz at least six times, learning Crystal Reports, meeting 50 new people, and creating video Blogs. I want to visit Santa Cruz in December for Christmas shopping. I never visited Downtown Santa Cruz before-if there is a Downtown. I need to do my research. Grandmother Past Away. My grandmother past away in July at the age of 92. Here is what I learned from her,
Back To Anime. Since July, I watched Gunslinger Girl, Tsubasa Chronicles Second Season, Chrono Crusade, Air, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and the first season of Gokusen Live Action. I watched a few episodes of Ouran High School Host Club, Utawareumono, Higurashi, Death Note, Mushishi, and I's Pure OAV. In September, I started to read the Bleach manga. I appreciated how awesome the Bleach manga is. And reading the manga reviews the episodes I watched mostly *__* Furthermore, I'm thinking about how I introduce myself to new anime series. I have been always watching the anime series and if I like the series, I purchase the manga. Given the Bleach manga straightforward story compared to the TV series which included obvious filler episodes, I thinking about read the manga first and then watch the series. Braces. January 2007, I'm going to wear braces. I completed all the consultations and x-rays. The plan is remove four teeth, braces for two years, and a retainer. The braces are going to be the clear, ceramic braces which are harder for others to see my braces :-{} Books. I finished Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins. The book was good. I learned a few new ways to live life and new perspectives to success. I'm currently reading my Crystal Reports XI manual to relearn Crystal. After I finish the manual, I'm going to purchase another Crystal Reports book to reinforce what I learned. I may take an intermediate or advance course after reading the second book. I have to find a way to convince my company to pay for it. Hmmmmmm ~~ The next books on my list are Business @ The Speed Of Thought by Bill Gates, How To Master The Art Of Selling by Tom Hopkins, and One Up On Wall Street by Peter Lynch. My first choice is either Gates or Hopkins. Lynch's book must be the latest edition because I skimmed one edition after 2001 and Lynch commented on the dot com bubble in 2000. Job Search. In August, three people left my company. The incident motivated me to start looking for another job. I recreated my resume and wrote a new cover letter. I broke some of the rules of creating a resume and cover letter. IMO, there is more than one way to write an effective resume and a strong cover letter. In exchange for job searching, I stop following the stock market. When I find a new job, I follow the stock market again. Honestly speaking, I don't miss the stock market 0:-) Laptop Accessories. One of Murphy's Laws, "If it can break, it's going to." I'm glad I brought my laptop to Anime Expo 2006. It sure made waiting in lines less boring. Unfortunately, the hand strap broke :( I returned the laptop back to Targus and I got a new one. Talk about lifetime guarantee against defects. Thank you, Targus =) Another laptop accessory which broke was my AC adapter. The plug wire bent from wear and tear, and when I needed a charge or power my laptop, the AC adapter failed to transfer the electricity to my laptop. Fortunately, I purchased the plug only on eBay. I purchased four new laptop accessories. The first was a D-LINK USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter 802.11 b/g. I tested the adapter at Tapioca Express which has free Wi-Fi. It worked perfectly. The second was a chillpad to keep my laptop cool. The chillpad is a pad with two fans placed under the laptop to draw out the heat. The third was a webcam to create a weblog and to record videos anywhere my laptop goes. I can use the webcam on my home PC, too XD And the fourth was a USB calculator number pad. Tapioca Express. Speaking of Tapioca Express aka Tap-X, I have been hanging out at Tap-X since November with my friends. Going there was my first time in a tapioca, coffee, and tea shop. I always order the Vanilla Snow Bubble. Tap-X is a popular place for people to meet each other and grab a sweet drink at a great price. Click here to visit their website. Black Friday. I purchased two items on Black Friday. The first was a Samsung 19 inch widescreen flat panel monitor at Best Buy. I was lucky to get a monitor because many customers got the wrong monitor. The second was a Creative Zen Vision:M 30GB mp3 player at Fry's Electronics website. I bring the player to work and to the gym. I used to listen to my radio I purchased in 2004. The radio is at home. Learning Technology. The last week of October, the home PC crashed. My Dad thought the BIOS were corrupt. My Dad reinstalled Windows XP. Fortunately, the hard drive was partitioned and all of the family's files were safe. Lesson learned. Back up your files and partitioned the hard drive. After the incident, my Dad has been teaching me computer hardware and the basics of setting up and maintaining a PC. I have one of my brother's old PCs I use to learn more about technology. *Takes a breather* More to talk about ;-) Going back to anime again. In Japantown Anime Faire 4 (JTAF 4), I cosplayed as Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach. I like to thank my Mom for making the Haori or the Captain's white coat. My fourth cosplay I sew myself with my Mom's supervision. I have one problem which is I still thinking about who to cosplay >.> I experienced new experiencing cosplaying Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist and Syaoran from Tsubasa Chronicles at Anime Expo 2006. I participated in the CLAMP gathering which was small and organized, the Full Metal Alchemist gathering which was big and crazy, and another Full Metal Alchemist on the fly gathering. All three gatherings were interesting, positive, and new experiences for me. I also experienced my first Yaoi moment (*__*) My Syaoran cosplay was involved in the biggest panel involving the CLAMP artists visiting the United States for the first time. My Edward cosplay was involved in the debut of the Full Metal Alchemist movie. And my Syaoran character made the front cover of the AX program guide. Yay! The common factor was I met new people, had lots of fun, and the timing was perfect my cosplays were involved in many activities. Recently, I developed a bigger interest in Japanese Rock music or J-Rock. In 2005, I owned three J-Rock CDs. I own six J-Rock plus some mp3s my cousin gave me. Getting interested in J-Rock opens another path to expand my hobbies and interests. Classic rock, classical music, and anime music remains my favorite types of music. To conclude anime, I have been an anime fan for 10 years. 10 years!!!!!!!!!! Anime is my longest and active hobby in my life. Arguably, video games should be longer because I started playing video games with the Atari 2600; however, I've been in and out of video games and I mostly play classic video games such as Gauntlet II and Cyberball. The last fighting game I played was Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I still know the move for a Ryu fireball ^^ Thanksgiving Holiday. My 2006 Thanksgiving holiday was one my best. I forgot the last time I experienced a great holiday. My family visited my uncle's place for a mini family reunion. We watched Mission Impossible III. I know why the movie sucked at the box office. On Friday, I went to Best Buy for Black Friday and I was lucky to get a flat panel widescreen monitor. On Saturday, I went with a group of friends to a Christmas tree farm to get a 13.5 foot Christmas tree. On Sunday, I raked the leaves in the back yard.
And finally, a brief review. It's bad luck for me to talk about how good and how bad my year is. I want to avoid jinxing a good 2006 year. It's the first time in my life I have two consecutive good years. Which is year is better? 2005? No. 2006? No. Both years are close. The Year of the New 2005 I experienced the big events and activities and moments. The Year of the First 2006 I have been experiencing the many small events and activities and moments. July 2006 has been fast, busy, lost, and new activities and adventures. I talk about 2007 after January 1, 2007 8-) Thank you for visiting my webpage. My next updates I update contents, especially uploading more cosplay pics. I also find time to update me :D Thank you for reading the update about me <3
Update October 28, 2006:
Click To View AX'06 Cosplay PicturesAnime Expo 2006 Cosplay Pictures are uploaded. I experienced mixed feelings working on the pics. The happy side is I took 653 pics and I finally uploaded the pics. All of the cosplays looked good. The sad side is it took a long, long time to edit, identify, create the HTML, and upload. I started at the beginning of October. Here I am finished on October 28. What took me a long time was editing and cropping the Anime Expo 2006 (AX'06 or AX) pics. I uploaded 653 pics, LOL! Identifying the cosplays was quicker than I thought. I reached my goal of identifying 90% of the cosplays, and I know I misidentified a few T__T One reason identifying the pics was faster because I used many of the Fanime'06 pics to identify the AX pics. Truthfully, I devoted the week of October 23 working on AX'06 cosplay pics. I stayed up past 2:00 A.M. a couple of nights and I had to work the next day. As a result, I experienced fatigue and I'm little under the weather. One can say it was not worth staying up late because there are more important activities. Agreed. It's the month of October, AX was in July, and November is three days away such that I have more activities planned such as starting on my short-term goals. The pics must be uploaded and 85% of my web traffic belongs to the Anime Page. What is the future telling me? I have cosplay pics from Anime Overdose, JTAF, and Yaoicon. I promise I upload the pics. I'm uncertain when. Thereafter, I think about changing the process for the 2007 cons and later because working on the AX cosplay pics took way too long and I paid the price today. On a brighter side, the time required to work Anime Overdose, JTAF, and Yaoicon cosplay pics is much less compared to AX :-) For those I met at AX and I took your cosplay pics, I hope to email your cosplay pics next week or two (and I really mean it--a big hope). I appreciate help identifying cosplay pics I have no idea who they are and from what series, manga, or video game. Credit is given ^_^ Comments, suggestions, and feedback to what I said are welcomed. Please email me at webmaster@innovateinfinitely.com For the rest of the day, it's anything except looking at a computer monitor XD

Update October 1, 2006:Updated my half.com store, About Me, and My Cosplay. I added pics cosplaying as Edward Elric and Syaoran at Anime Expo 2006.

Update September 24, 2006:Let's go to the updates.
Update September 19, 2006:Added more police cars from San Francisco, Foothill DeAnza College, and Fremont and added a pic of myself in Santa Cruz.
Update September 12, 2006:Hello, again. First, congrats to my brother and his wife for their first son born yesterday at 7 pounds and 11 ounces. And I'm continuing the updates. Here we go. Major Help Identifying Cosplayers I still have more to do. Thank you to the following anime fans:
I also updated the Family and Friends Links and added more police cars pics from City of San Jose and San Jose State University in the Police Car Photo Album.
Update September 10, 2006:Hello, everyone It's been a while since I last update. Hope everything is going well. I'm doing O.K. I devote the next two weeks to make updates and additions. Unfortunately, the AX'06 and AOD'06 cosplay pics are ready at a later date . . . a much later date :( Lots happened since July. I share and shout out the best and worst happenings. In the meantime, I updated the Anime Links, eCommerce Links, Entertainment Links, Economics Government Statistics Links, Miscellaneous Links, Real Estate Links, and Technology Links.
Update July 23, 2006:Fanime Con 2006 Cosplay Pictures are uploaded. View the cosplay pics here. The hot weather sucks. Sucks, sucks, sucks. It's still very hot outside. It's a major heat wave. I'm drinking lots and lots of water. And I still have lots to do. Hard to do stuff in a warm house.
Update July 16, 2006:Cosplay Pics Updates. If everything goes well, the 2006 Fanime Con cosplay pics are uploaded before Sunday July 23, 2006 which is best case scenario. And I received lots of emails helping me identifying cosplayers. I have the emails and I update as soon as I can. Thank you very much XD Watching Anime. I finished watching Fate Stay Night. Good series. For me, I watch the series because of Saber. Saber kicks butt! I have two more episodes remaining of the 12 episode first season of Gokusen Live Action. The next series I'm going to finish is The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. During 2006 Anime Expo (AX), my laptop's bag handle broke. I went to the company's website and requested a repair order number. Also, I had another problem with my Canon Powershot A610. When I adjusted the brightness on the P setting, the brightness adjustment doesn't show on the display. I went to Canon's website and requested help to solve the problem. Fortunately, I didn't drop my camera. I took lots of cosplays pics and I think the cosplays were the best ever. After AX. Everything I have done since AX'06 I try to get back to my routines. I got sick the weekend with a sore throat and fatigue. I think I dodged another big sickness. I hope to go back to the gym on Thursday. I'm 60% completed on Anthony Robbins Unlimited Power. There are some really great chapters I learned something. And as for work, well, nothing really worth mentioning. My workplace is like a human being goes in, a body comes out only. And I lots of little stuff that lingered out which I completed. Updates. Updates are my half.com store, Anime Links, and Family and Friends links. Thank you to the staff and volunteers of Anime Expo. I enjoyed every minute of the con. Best con ever I attended. And finally, one of my pet peeves is I hate to be bored. Lying in bed and taking a nap is not being bored. I believe being bored is watching TV and channel surfing. Please remember to take advantage of the one free credit report per year to check on your credit.
Update July 6, 2006:Anime Expo 2006. OMFG! I can't hold back my big smile :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) AX'06 is my number one favorite. Thank you to the staff and volunteers of AX. I did lots of stuff, met people from Fanime, met lots of new people, and spent only $10.00 in the dealer's room. For those who have my email address, please email back because I like to keep in touch. For those who I have your email address, I email you as soon as I can. Very busy :-( When was the last time I was really happy? I hope I don't jinx the rest of 2006, LOL! And my life, LOL, LOL!!
Update June 17, 2006:
![]() Japanese Restaurant. Anyone living in the Oakland East Bay area in California please check out Happy Sashimi. The Japanese restaurant is located at 2718 Pinole Valley Road in Pinole. Menu included in the website. Grand opening is July 1, 2006. More Fanime. I hosted Anime Fans Over 30 for the second time. Thank you to those who attended and who have visited my website XD And I started working on the cosplay pics. As of today, I cropped and edited 118 cosplay pics. Continuing Anime. I hate to say I don't know when I finish updating Anime Fan Is An Anime Fan 4.0 O:-) And I like to thank the following anime fans who helped identified cosplayers ^__^ I received more help identifying cosplayers for which I update at my next update >.>
Updates. Updated Anime Links, Friends and Family Links especially from Fanime Con Forum Members, my half.com store, and Miscellaneous Links.
Update June 5, 2006:New web page name. Uploaded My Cosplay Pics, formerly known as FMA Cosplay. I renamed the page My Cosplay because I have more than one cosplay. Once a cosplayer, always a cosplayer. Can't go back. LOL! Going back to Fanime. Again, I like to thank the staff and volunteers of Fanime Con 2006. It was a good convention and every moment I did something. I did my shopping on the last day. I purchased a Rozen Maiden art book, Rozen Maiden pencil board, and a Bleach Hitsugaya plushie. Congrats for 10,000 attendees :)
Update June 2, 2006:First Cosplay Pics Uploaded. The 2006 Cherry Blossom Festival cosplay pics are uploaded. And I request lots of help identifying unknown cosplayers. Credit is given. Thank you.
Update May 30, 2006:*Yawn* I'm sleepy. I like to thank the staff and volunteers of Fanime Con 2006. I had a good time meeting people from the Fanime BBS, meeting new people for the first time from the Fanime BBS, meeting new people, and meeting people I met last year and from other conventions. For the next four days, I'm going to take it easy and devote the entire free time to cosplay pics. More Fanime Con later :) First, I need to upload the 2006 Cherry Blossom Festival cosplay pics. I try to upload the pics either tomorrow or Thursday. And, I have 30 days to create another cosplay. I want to cosplay as *damn, forgot name* the Soul Society captain with the Dragon Ice. The reason for the 30 days is because Anime Expo 2006 is July 1-4. Outside anime, my brother and his wife moved to their new house, I'm reading a little bit by little bit of Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins, and, regretfully speaking, I have not continued on my business plan and I have not started on my Crystal Reports training at home :( Should I concentrate more time on my reading, training, and business and less time on anime and hanging around with friends? What is the balance? Is there another choice? Unfortunately, I'm still finding the answer to how I live life happy and efficiently. Hey, wait a minute. Another Blog idea?
Update May 14, 2006:Last week was a four day work week for me. I really don't anything worth mentioning. I installed Crystal Reports on my home PC. Hopefully I can start on Chapter 1 tomorrow ^_^ Updates. Updated eCommerce Links, Entertainment Links, Family, Friends Links, and Real Estate Links.
Note: I'm starting to add Fanime Board Members webpage links to my Family and Friends Links. There are a few currently. I add more as time goes on ^^
Update May 8, 2006:Last weekend I spent with my friend Steve who is visiting from Washington. We went bowling, shopping, and played lots of board games. Steve and played probably the fastest The Simpsons game ever for two players. We finished between 10-15 minutes. Very fast. And we went to many restaurants for dinner including Outback Steakhouse. It was my first time going to Outback. I purchased Crystal Reports to practice at home. I got the standard edition from Amazon.com. I have the training manual where I re-read some of the sections and complete more exercises. Two updates. The first update is About ININ where I added more personal innovative bullets for 2006. The second update is Police Photos where I added more police cars from the California Highway Patrol and added police cars from San Francisco Police and San Francisco Sheriff.
Update May 2, 2006:Hello, everyone. Sorry for the big gap between updates. April was a busy month. I realized I have been busy and I have been doing new activities--something I never done in the past. And I'm happy about them :-)) The updates . . . Fanime Gatherings. Thank you to Fanime Con and the forum members for the three gatherings I went to which were the April Fool's, Cherry Blossom Festival, and SushiFactory then Silent Hill. All three were fun and I met more forum members. The Cherry Blossom Festival was the first time I went. I took pics of cosplayers at the Civic Center and walked in the parade. I also met new people. The day of the parade is the best day to attend. Classic Rock CD Collection. I went on a CD spending spree purchasing mostly Classic Rock. I got the following,
Crystal Reports XI. Tuesday April 25 and Wednesday April 26 I went to the Hilton-Fisherman's Warf for a two day training class on Crystal Reports XI. My job requires me to know Crystal Reports to create new reports and export the data from the back end. My company's new database is a piece of #@%$! (Am I O.K. to say it?) I'm going to purchase the software for my home PC to practice and learn more because the skills are going to help me find another job. Yay! I added a goal to learn the basics at home before December 31, 2006. Since my Dad's truck was recovered, my family and I use The Club. The Club is a metal stick attached to the steering wheel to prevent the thief from turning the wheel. I know professional car thieves can steal any car; however, using The Club reduces the chances the truck gets stolen. And I don't think a professional wants to steal a 1984 truck with 200,000 miles on it :-O Now anime. I finished watching Rozen Maiden second season, Mai Otome, and I'S (or is it I's?). I started watching Gunslinger Girl. I'm going to take a break watching anime and use the time to update my webpage ^_^ I'm going to be behind in watching anime *sigh* Now books. I finished reading The Art of War by Sun Tzu. I'm currently reading Business Plans That Work by Jeffry Timmons and Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins. Everyone got A's. Do students wish getting A's were easy? Do grades really matter after high school? How about after college? How about applying for a loan? Interesting. My night class final was easy. I turned in my business plan. And I never checked my grade because it doesn't matter :] I learned a lot in the class. The instructor taught outside the book which I liked. Heck, the class never had a textbook. Gas Prices. How much was your last fill up? I paid $3.25 a gallon. Unbelievable. Gas prices going up further. Absolutely. It's inflation. Prepare for inflation, then a recession. Time to think about our driving habits. I changed mine. The updates. Updated many links and added a new quote. Future updates include adding more police photos, upload Full Metal Alchemist cosplay pics from Cherry Blossom Festival, and upload Cherry Blossom Festival cosplay pics. I also received emails from fellow anime fans helping me identifying cosplayers. I get to the emails as well =) And I added a new goal which is to Learn Crystal Reports at home since I took the class last week.
Update Sunday March 26, 2006:I'm feeling much, much better today. I plan to go back to the gym next week. Since my recovery, I have been eating smaller meal portions. I'm going to start gradually eating more to the point I eat normal portions. Steve's Visit. Steve from Washington visited the Bay Area last weekend. We went to Golfland in Milpitas and Pier 39 in San Francisco. We talked about a lot of stuff including stocks and our futures. Yes, Steve, hanging out was really fun! The Learning Annex. Yesterday and today, my Dad and I attended The Learning Annex Real Estate Wealth Expo at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. My most favorite parts were Robert Kiyosaki and Tony Robbins. My least favorite parts were the seminars trying to sell their products and services and not being able to see Donald Trump. Trump's visit was too late for my Dad and I to attend :-( Is the real estate bubble going to burst? You bet! The little stuff. The truck is driving well. All insurance papers were completed and my Dad found a replacement for the car battery security bolt which was stolen. Also, Wednesday is my final for my Business Plan night class. My night class at De Anza College is my first night class and my first class in the quarter system. The quarter system goes by super-duper fast. As for anime, Viz Video licensed Bleach. I'm currently watching Mai Otome and Gokusen, a live action comedy. The book I'm reading is Art of War by Sun Tzu. No updates. I have a small stack of updates. I hope to upload the updates as soon as I can. I have not forgotten updating Anime Fan Is An Anime Fan. Thank you for visiting Innovate Infinitely™. Never stop innovating life. According to statistics, at least 80,000 visitors viewed my webpage. Thank you very much XD
Update Sunday March 5, 2006:I experienced the stomach flu all last week. Last week was one of the worst weeks in my life :-( I feel better now, and I hope it's all recovery thereafter. I didn't go to work and I didn't go to class. And I activated my half.com vacation setting. Something good happened last week. The San Jose Police Department found my Dad's missing truck :-) Great news! If the truck was found two days later, the insurance company owns the truck and who knew what happens then. Japan Town Anime Faire 3 (JTAF3). Finally! The cosplay pictures for JTAF 3 are uploaded. Take a look here. Full Metal Alchemist Cosplay Anime Expo 2005. Finally, again! My FMA cosplay pics from Anime Expo 2005 are uploaded. Take a look here. TM. I choose to register Innovate Infinitely as a registered trademark. Use Innovate Infinitely as a future business venture? Stay tuned. *Hee, hee* (Rest assured, everyone. All of the content on ININ are not going to be removed.)
Update Saturday February 25, 2006:Updated more links and my half.com store. Thank you dragonkid2005 for identifying AX'05 cosplay photo #388, xx1pines for identifying Fanime'05 cosplay photo #283 and photo #424, and mooglesatmyunderpants for identifying Fanime'05 cosplay photo #329. Updates. There are three updates. The first is I added City of Santa Clara police cars and more Campbell police cars for the police car photo album. The second is more links. The third is I updated About ININ. I received more emails from fellow anime fans helping me identifying cosplayers. I have your emails; unfortunately, I have other commitments to finish. My next update includes your identifications. Thanks you very much!
Update Sunday February 19, 2006:
Missing Truck. Please help find it. On February 16, 2006 early morning, my Dad's 1984 Toyota truck was stolen. The police report filed and insurance claim submitted. The truck has over 150,000 miles, no air condition, the cassette deck doesn't work properly, transmission needs an inspection, dashboard has a crack, and the interiors are breaking apart. Also, my Dad's tools were in the truck. I'm still pissed off >:-\ According to police, they believe the truck was stolen for the parts. The picture was taken in November 2003 when the truck was vandalized. Unfortunately, I could not find a better picture. Throughout the truck's history as a victim of crime, someone stole the money in the ash try, vandalized twice, and a hit and run which caused a dent on the driver side towards the rear. After the theft, I never understand the mind of a criminal. Fanime Con 3rd Annual Valentine Day Gathering. The Fanime Con Board members gathered at Oakridge Mall on Saturday February 18. According to long time members, the gathering was one of the biggest and the longest. We meet at the food court, went bowling across the street, went to Golfland to play arcade games, and went back to the food court to eat dinner. I had to leave after the arcade. I like to thank the organizers and the attending board members for a great time! The Valentine gathering is my second Fanime gathering. I enjoyed every moment. My favorite part was meeting more board members and seeing others I met in the past XD Wondercon 2006. I attended Wonderon at the Moscone Center West in San Francisco, CA which took place on February 10-12, 2006. I attended Saturday only. It was my first time and likely only time at Wondercon. The number one reason I attended was on March 25-26, 2006, there is going to be a seminar my Dad and I are attending, and attending Wondercon I get an idea on the surroundings. I cosplayed as Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist. I didn't taking any cosplay pics. I was taking it easy. Business Plan Night Class. I'm halfway completed on the business plan class I'm taking at De Anza College. So far, the class is so-so. The instructor is teaching out of the book--heck, there is no book. I'm learning stuff I likely not learn from a book; although I purchase a book on business plan so I can do assignments -__-
Update Saturday February 4, 2006:Red Eyed. The last two weeks I haven't gone to the gym. I'm disappointed. Feeling physically is important for me to feel good. No big deal. Lots of stuff to do. Enough about me being busy. Let's get to the updates XD Yay! Updates. Ironically, I removed red eyes from some cosplay pics and added a few more cosplay pics for Fanime Con 2005. I updated my favorite anime songs at Top Ten. And for About Me, I forgot to add Azumanga Daioh as my all-time favorite anime series and I added Rozen Maiden. Rozen Maiden is the first season in the series and has 12 episodes. Great series! I received emails from fellow anime fans helping me identifying cosplayers. I have your emails; unfortunately, I have other commitments to finish. My next update includes your identifications. Thanks you very much!
Update Sunday January 29, 2006:On the other hand, I did a lot on Saturday and Sunday. The latest update is I uploaded lots of police car photos from the Washington Canada Trip and Oregon Trip. I also uploaded photos from University of California, City of Oakland, and Sacramento County. Enjoy XD
Update Saturday January 28, 2006:Tired Week. I was exhausted through the week. I didn't get much done. Easy updates currently: lots of links added a favorite quote from the movie Wall Street, and updated my Top 30 Most Memorable Moments Number 30.
Update Monday January 23, 2006:GTO Live Action. I forgot to mention yesterday I finished watching Great Teacher Onizuka Live Action. Even though it's live action, the series is on my all-time favorite anime list. And speaking of anime list, I updated About Me.
Update Sunday January 22, 2006:Yesterday and today, I spent eight hours playing Command & Conquer: Generals China Stage 7. The level was very difficult. I needed to research the web to find the answer. I did and I finally won. The latest update is fellow anime fans helping me identify cosplayers. Here are the cosplay pictures identified and the fans who helped me. Arigato!!!
Update Tuesday January 17, 2006:Is the Innovator still alive? Hello, everyone. Yes, I'm still alive! ^__^ How is everyone doing? *Says with a smile and concerned* I hope everyone is doing well. 2005 went by super fast. The Super Bowl is a little more than two weeks away ;-) What happened? On November 14, 2005, I looked at my 2004-2005 goals and one goal I failed was upload 10 new recipes. I uploaded 8 recipes successfully. I was disappointed. I made the choice the next update was going to have 10 recipes--not 2 recipes. I have 10 recipes. Hooray!!! One goal completed and the latest update is Cooking 101 has 10 new recipes. The recipes has vegetables, how to cut a pineapple, toast French bread in the oven, and others. If there is another way to cook better, do it. Never stop innovating. Latest in books. I finished reading The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas Stanley and Shuffle Up And Deal by Mike Sexton. Since November 14, 2005, I finished reading two more books and viewed one DVD. The two books were How To Invest In Real Estate With Little Or No Money Down by Robert Irvin and Moneyball by Michael Lewis. Moneyball joined my all-time favorite list. The first 2/3rds of Moneyball was boring; however, the last 1/3rds took the first 2/3rds full circle and brought closure to the book. The DVD was Secrets of No Limit Hold'Em by Howard Lederer. I'm currently reading The Art of War by Sun Tzu and The Erotic Edge *whistle, whistle, whistle* by Lonnie Barbach leisurely. Why leisurely? The reason is I'm taking a night class at DeAnza College. The class I'm taking is The Business Plan. I'm taking the class to create more doors to open and I hope one of those doors I open I see future successes. We shall see what happens? No expectations T.T Furthermore, with the time off from reading books daily, there are a ton of ININ updates. Future updates include cosplay pictures from JapanTown Anime Faire 3, outdated Anime Fan is an Anime Fan (yeah, I know, really, really outdated), links, police photos, and much, much more. I have one more Cooking 101 recipe to upload. Oregon Trip. My Mom, Dad, Uncle, Aunt, and I visited Salem, Oregon November 19, 2005 to November 22, 2005. It was my first time in Oregon. We shopped because Oregon has no sales tax, visited Portland, visited Multnomah Falls, and were interested in the real estate market 0:-) I purchased a manga or Japanese comic book in Portland, shirt and pants at the outlet stores in Woodburn, and Command & Conquer: Generals PC game in Salem. My family and I also gambled in the Indian casinos. I broke even playing craps at the Seven Feathers casino in Canyonville, Oregon. I won $100.00 on the slot machine at the Rolling Hills casino in Corning, California. The 12 hour drive on Interstate 5 was heck-a-long. Command & Conquer: Generals. After eating at a seafood restaurant in Salem, my family and I went to Best Buy. No sales tax, man. I purchased Command & Conquer: Generals for $19.99. It felt weird buying a product that is not food. In California, products are subject to tax. When the cashier said $19.99, I said to myself, "Wow!" BTW, the other purchases in Oregon were after Best Buy. I played the game two weeks later and on the weekends since. The game is addicting. I'm playing China, and some of the levels are challenging. Please visit my Blog. As of the update, I have 63 Blog entries. Topics range from my daily life, inner thoughts, and innovating common knowledge. Please visit My Blog. Inflation? Yes, I'm still sticking with my belief the economy is going to experience another inflation. Hold on tight, everyone. And finally, anime. I receive lots of anime fans helping me identify cosplayers. Arigato!!! I don't mind receiving multiple updates because if more people identify a cosplayer with the same character name and series, I feel confident the information is correct. The next update is updating the cosplay pictures. JTAF 3. I like to thank the staff and volunteers for the JapanTown Anime Faire (JTAF) 3 in Japantown San Francisco, CA. Personally, anime fans attending conventions no matter how good or how bad must make the best of the convention. If anime fans don't like bad conventions, why are many anime fans still attending these conventions? One reason is to hang around with other anime fans. I met an anime fan named Korbin who lives in Redding. Thanks for hanging around with me! Fanime Con Board. At JTAF 3, I attended my first Fanime Con Board gathering. I met some of the well known board members. I like to thank the organizers and some of the board members for attending the gathering. I was a pleasure meeting everyone and I like to know more members and meet more members in future gatherings XD Tsubasa Chronicle. I cosplayed as Syaoran from Tsubasa Chronicle at JTAF 3. I choose Syaoran because I needed a second cosplay so I can be a multiple cosplayer. I even had Mokona from Magic Knight Rayearth ^__^ Yeah, I know two is nothing compared to the die-hard cosplayers with at least 10 and 20 >.> My cousin introduced me to Tsubasa Chronicle and the story kicks butt. I have the first 4 volumes of the manga. Thank you for visiting my webpage! Never stop innovating!
Update Tuesday November 8, 2005:Picture Updates. Added Family Photo Album pictures. Pictures included my sister's college graudation and my trip to Washington and Canada.
Update Sunday November 6, 2005:Minor Updates. Added links and updated Stocks 101.
Update Wednesday November 2, 2005:More Updates. Updated my half.com books, CDs, DVDs, and video games and added more email emotions.
Update Tuesday November 1, 2005:Cosplay Updates. I like to thank the following anime fans for helping my identify cosplayers, especially those who waited to get credit because I have not updated the webpage in September and practically all of October XD
Update Saturday October 29, 2005:The Important Update For Anime Fans. I finally uploaded the cosplay pics for Anime Expo 2005. The costume pictures can be viewed here,
Click To View AX'05 Cosplay PicturesBTW, it's the only update XD The next two to three weeks I'm going to update a lot of stuff including uploading new pictures, updating content, and much, much more. Stay tuned. Continuing the anime topic, I'm going to make a new cosplay. I want to be a multi-cosplayer which means I have more than one cosplay. Two cosplays are the most I'm going to do ^_^ Personally speaking, if I cosplayed earlier and if I know sewing skills, I probably cosplay many times like some anime fans who cosplays big time. I may have forgotten to mention that my Mom did the sewing for the coat and vest for my Full Metal Alchemist cosplay. Thanks, Mom! O.K. What am I cosplaying? Sorry for going off topic. LOL! The second cosplay is Syaoran from Tsubasa Chronicle. My Mom is going to make the green coat. I'm going to do the rest. I hope to have the cosplay completed for JapanTowne Anime Faire 3 (JTAF 3) taking place in San Francisco, CA on December 17-18, 2005. I'm starting to read manga again. I'm reading Full Metal Alcehmist and Tsubasa Chroncile. Yeah, it's both coincidence and by choice my cosplays match the manga series I'm reading. The best time I read manga is when I'm waiting; for example, waiting at a restaurant to be seated when I'm with my family. Other than waiting, the manga are on my table. Classical Rock Music. Last month, I gave most of my CD collection to my sister and sister-in-law. Most of the CDs were today's rock and 80s rock. Today's music is commercialized and is crap. I'm starting to collect Classic Rock CDs. The CDs I recently purchased are Fleetwood Mac, Paul McCarthy, and Elton John. I'm going to purchase a lot more in the coming months. Furthermore, my favorite radio station is 98.5 KFOX which plays classical rock. Congratulations to the Chicago White Sox for winning the 2005 World Series. Chicago Cubs, you are next =_= Wall Street. I'm referring to the movie =) The movie was fantastic. It's one of my all time favorites. Steve and a few books recommended I watch the movie. The content of the movie still holds true today. I can watch the movie multiple times. Bookworm. I finished reading three books. The books were Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki, Built To Last by James Collins and Jerry Porras, and Play Poker Like The Pros by Phil Hellmuth, Jr. The Cashflow Quadrant and Rich Dad Poor Dad books need to be read together--both books complement each other. Cashflow Quadrant made my all time favorite list. I'm currently reading Shuffle Up and Deal by Mike Sexson and The Millionare Next Door by Thomas Stanley and William Danko. Wedding. My cousin got married on Saturday October 8. Great wedding. Some of the highlights included a Chinese Dragon dance and a foundeax of warm chocolate. All good news and exciting times. The bad news was me. My digital camera went crazy. I missed a lot of shots and some of the shots were terrible. Next year, I'm going to upgrade big time to a SLR. My Blog. I'm happy I'm updating my Blog at least twice a week :D I recently finished my Blog on my Washington Canada trip. In the coming weeks, I provide a .pdf file of my trip Blog on ININ. Meanwhile, I correct errors and combine the Blog entries for the .pdf. How was the trip? The Washington Canada trip was great. My friend Steve and I visited Seattle in Washington, Victoria and Vancouver in Canada, and some of the smaller cities in Washington. Steve lives on the other side of Seattle. We walked around the downtown areas, gambled at the Indian Casinos, did some sight seeing, and shop. Most of the shops we visited were used book stores >__< Talking About the Economy. One of my topics I vowed not to mention in the updates was the economy. On my old web site, I constantly talk about the economy including predicting the economy in the next short-term. I was wrong all the time. I'm breaking the vow and I'm going to mention the economy. My prediction on the economy in the coming months: Inflation. Prices are going up. It's true, however, energy prices are going down. Gas is $.25 a gallon lower in the last month. Perhaps I should mention Inflation because I have always been wrong predicting the economy. Inflation is not good. For those who don't know what Inflation is, Inflation basically is when prices go up. And I'm not going to mention anything on the housing market *runs away and hides*
Update Sunday August 21, 2005:*Smiling* My health is back to normal. I'm no longer sick. No more coughing, itchy throat, and stuffy nose. Thank goodness. I think I dodged a big sickness. I'm still going to take it easy to avoid a double whammy which happened to me in July 2000. And the reason why I'm taking it easy is because on Saturday August 27, 2005, I'm going to Washington and Canada to visit a friend. My friend lives in Washington and we plan to visit Canada for two days. It's going to be the first time I visit Washington and Canada. Also, it's my first time I visit a foreign country. I return Saturday September 3, 2005. Add the trip to Innovating Infinitely my life. Yay! I'm currently reading Build To Last by Jim Collins and Jerry Porras, Play Poker Like The Pros by Phil Hellmuth (a second time--reading only the Texas Hold'Em Section), and Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki. I currently don't have any books to read afterwards. I know I find some very soon. Full Metal Alchemist Fans, pre-orders for the second box set metal bin are taking place. Visit you nearest anime retailer and get your pre-order. The second box set metal bin includes DVD#6 and the second original soundtrack. Funimation raised the price to $49.95 from $39.95. My Blog is going. As of the update, there are seven blog entries. Please visit my blog Innovating Common Knowledge here. Here are the updates:
My next update is likely going to be in late September. I plan to upload Anime Expo 2005 cosplay pictures in October. Sorry for the late upload. I hope there are some anime fans still interested in viewing AX 05 cosplay pics at a late date.
Update Monday August 15, 2005:Catching Up. Yesterday was major catching up. I did a lot of stuff on my to-do list yesterday. I'm almost caught up. Also, I feel much better compared to last week. Minor updates today which were updating the cosplayers. I like to thank the people who emailed me to help identify cosplayers I don't recognize. And I forgot to thank devilwings2235 a long time ago for providing a link for the Psycho Le Cemu cosplayers for Anime Overdose 2005.
Update Thursday August 11, 2005:I have been sick during the week. Sorry there are no updates. I have been consistently updating ININ for the past four weeks--very rare =__= Who knows how long I update weekly? LOL The upcoming weekend is major catch up. I hope to add something new and update the beginning of next week. I did not forget updating my goals for 2005-2006 and I received a few more updates for identifying cosplayers.
Update Tuesday August 2, 2005:Busy, busy, busy, busy, busy, busy, . . . I have so much to do sometimes I wish I just stop going to work and get paid finishing my other stuff and activities. It doesn't have to pay well. When I complete something such as update my webpage and read books, I really learn something. Really! O.K. Time for the latest events. First, no Blog entry. I still have my first Blog entry on the top of my list. I hope to input my first Blog on Wednesday. Second, Anime Expo 2005 cosplay pictures. It's a 100% definite I'm going to start on the AX 05 pics in September. For those who visit my webpage to look at my cosplay pics, it's worth the wait. It looks like I'm going to have at least 500 pictures. Third, I'm happy to say I completed almost all my 2004-2005 goals. I evaluate my goals and create 2005-2006 goals soon. It happened twice. Yesterday, a group of kids driving fast on the street took a neighbor's recycling bin and threw the bin and the recyclables in front my house and street. Fortunately, no property was damaged. The police department told me the nuisance happens nightly. It took my Dad and I about 15 minutes to clean up the mess. Kids, you have a brain. Use it to find other activities to do during the summers. Try playing poker XD Ichiro Error Fixed. Click here to view the Ichiro Operates On A Higher Plane article in .pdf. Ichiro is an example of a person who innovates . . . he innovates his batting skills. Here are the Updates:
More updates are coming. Thank you for visiting my webpage. Never stop innovating!
Update Monday July 25, 2005:More than half way for 2005. Hello, everyone. How is everyone's 2005 going? The last week of July and August is next week. Is 2005 going really fast? XD For me, really fast! Ichiro Error. The link below for "Ichiro Operates On A Higher Plane" doesn't work. Sorry. I should have checked the link. I do have a hard copy and I scan the article to view at Stories, Lists, Jokes, Tid-Bits (SLJTB) shortly. Anime Expo 2005. I like to thank the staff and volunteers for Anime Expo 2005. I enjoyed cosplaying and I saw some great costumes. I met new people, purchased goods from the Dealers Room, watched some great Anime Music Videos, and I had a good time. For those who complain about waiting in lines, get use to it -__* Anime Expo has grown and it's a very popular convention. Unfortunately, it's going to be a long time for me to upload the AX cosplay pictures. Please wait <:-) Finished Another Book. I finished reading How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Great book. I also finished The Art of Hugging by William Cane. The hugging book helps those with no confidence to hug anyone. I'm currently reading Built To Last by Jim Collins, Play Poker Like The Pros by Phil Hellmuth, Jr., and Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki. I reduced prices for my half.com DVDs and some books. The 33% price reduction applies to all my DVDs and a few books (since most of my books were at $.75, the minimum price for half.com). Please click here to view my store at half.com or click here to view my DVDs and books for sale on my website. Updates. Here are the updates. More updates are coming within the week.
Thank you for visiting my website! I should have my first ININ Blog entry this week ^__^
Update Monday July 18, 2005:Minor Updates. Added a few links, added AFI's Top 100 Movie Quotes to SLJTB, and corrected minor HTML error for all Anime Pages. Check out two articles. The first is titled "Ichiro Operates On A Higher Plane." The article talks about Ichiro Suzuki's record breaking 262 hits in 2004. The second article is titled "Unconference--The BloggerCon Format." The article talks about a different way to host a panel or conference. And Fanime Con 2005 Cosplay Pictures are uploaded.
Update Sunday July 17, 2005:Finally! Fanime Con 2005 Cosplay Pictures Uploaded. The cosplay pics are uploaded XD Click here to look. I appreciated any help identifying any cosplayers I don't know and correcting misidentified cosplayers. Arigato!!
Update Wednesday June 1, 2005:Fanime Con 2005. I like to thank the staff and volunteers of Fanime Con 2005 for running a great convention. I had a great time and did a lot of activities. Most of the activities were first time activities. Here are the first timers:
Looking ahead. With over 1GB of Fanime Con 2005 cosplay photos, it's going to take a long time to identify and upload the photos. I never had that many photos before. In June, there are a lot of activities I have to do, and since my Memorial Day was spent at Fanime con 2005, I'm behind on commitments before the convention. I don't know what to do? Here are my activities and commitments for June through maybe August prioritized:
And the list doesn't include my brother moving back to California and help him move to his new apartment, my sister graduating college, preparing Anime Expo 2005, going to the gym, and watching anime DVDs. Also, I'm currently reading How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and Play Poker Like The Pros by Phil Hellmuth, Jr. And I haven't started reading the Full Metal Alchemist manga. (I know I rarely read manga, if not, I don't read at all; however, reading the Full Metal Alchemist manga is a must for me. ^__^) No updates to ININ. The only update is the update. I'm getting tired. Heck, I'm still tired from the convention. I may have screwed this update somewhere. I'm going to take it easy for the next three days and start fresh next week. I also like to get back to my gym schedule. I have been lacking in the last three weeks.
Update Sunday May 1, 2005:One year anniversary. Hello, everyone. Today is ININ's one year anniversary. I like to thank everyone who visited the web page and everyone who helped me started ININ.
Update Saturday April 23, 2005:More minor updates. Updated Top Ten Top 24 Favorite Anime Songs and updated Cooking 101 with ININ's House Chicken.
Update Sunday April 17, 2005:Minor updates. Updated Cooking 101 with Bok Choy Version 2 and 1000 (Thousand) Island dressing recipes, updated Anime Fan 4.03 from 4.02, and updated FMA Cosplay with a picture of me and Roy Mustang.
Update Thursday April 14, 2005:Anime Overdose 2005 cosplay pictures are uploaded. My dermatitis is getting better. And I got my free credit report. Click annualcreditreport.com or ftc.gov/credit for more details and complete a request form online or by mail to check whether you qualify for a free credit report. Not everyone is eligible yet.
Update Monday April 4, 2005:Another update in less than 24 hours? Anyways . . . I started Sunday April 3, 2005 update being sad and frustrated I have not found another job. Perhaps, my job searching woes is out of my control. After reading CNBC.com's Market Dispatches for the stock market on Friday, I read there are some people talking about Stagflation. Stagflation is prices and interest rates are going up with low economic growth and low job growth. The last time there was Stagflation was during the 1970s when I was a toddler. Perhaps the threat of Stagflation in the economy is affecting my job search. And honestly speaking, the number of job search results from my weekly job search results emails has been decreasing. Maybe the economy is at a Stagflation. Gas prices are going up. I forgot to mention yesterday someone helped me identify a cosplay photo from JapanTown Anime Faire 2004.
Update Sunday April 3, 2005:Staring out sad and frustrated. I have been keeping the following low key and few people know about it. I'm going to share with everyone. I have been searching for a new job since August 2004. I received four calls, and three of the calls were positions I either was not qualified or didn't fit my job skills. I temporarily stopped job searching. Instead, I have been using the time to update my webpage, learn JavaScript, learn SQL, and research stocks. Despite the good news about the economy (which is true--the economy is improving), many companies are hiring, and I know some people who found new jobs, somehow I have been getting bad luck finding a new job and a new career. I have done everything I can to the best of my knowledge and experience finding a new job; unfortunately, no success. I updated my resume and I created a cover letter. I'm doing something correct because I have generated interest from a few companies. I don't know what else to do? What am I doing wrong? O.K., enough being sad. Time to cheer up. On the Sunday June 13, 2004 update, I mentioned phasing out anime. I have never mentioned phasing out since. I was supposed to make a choice at the end of 2004 to start phasing out anime. I made a choice. The choice is I'm not going to phase out anime. I have found new activities related to anime which kept my interest in the anime hobby. For example, I started to cosplay and I became active to meet new anime fans. And I watched new anime which are really good. I started to watch Bleach, Azumanga Daioh, and Chrono Crusade. I finished watching the Kenshin TV series and the OAV series. Finally purchased a laptop. On February 2005, I purchased a Dell Inspiron 8600. I received a great Dell coupon and it was now the time to buy a laptop; unfortunately, when I went to the Dell website, the 5160 was phased-out. I was forced to purchase the 8600 because the newer Dell laptops I had to wait a minimum six months for the reviews and for Dell to correct any flaws during the new laptop's initial release. The Inspiron 8600 is a 15.4 inch widescreen with a Pentium Intel-M Centrino chip. The specifications are the following:
Also in February 2005, I became sick. 17 months of not being sick. Close, but no tie. I blame my sickness to fatigue and stress. The new lesson I learned is don't overstress myself and don't plan for multiple big events. On the day I did two big events, it was stressful and a rush to complete the two big events. Usually, I plan one big event because my big events take the entire day. Planning two big events in one day was a mistake. My personal record of not being sick was 18 months which took place between August 2000 and February 2002. A new gym schedule. I innovated my gym schedule. In the past, I go to the gym two days a week which must be between Wednesday and Friday. Instead, I go to the gym on Fridays and Sundays. The advantages are Fridays and Sundays are days the gym is not busy; I can spend more time after work between Mondays and Thursdays reading books, learning SQL, learning ASP.Net, learning JavaScript, researching stocks; and I have more time on weekdays for activities I can't do on Sundays. No Number 1 Moment from the Top 30 Most Memorable Moments. I'm taking back my Number 1 Most Memorable Moments from my Top Ten. I'm being honest with myself my Number 1 Most Memorable is not my most memorable moment. I'm going to save my Number 1 Most Memorable Moment when my true Number 1 Most Memorable Moment happens regardless the moment happens after my 30th birthday. Anime Overdose 2005 and Cosplay Pictures. I like to thank the staff and volunteers for Anime Overdose 2005. I attended one day and I could not stay for the evening events. I did have fun during my attendance, and I saw the people I met from JapanTown Anime Faire 2004. The cosplay pictures are not uploaded. I didn't have the time to upload the pictures. I hope to upload the pictures at the end of April 2005. Dermatitis. For the past two months I have red blisters on my right and left hands. At first, I thought they were burns because I scrap my hand while I was changing the oil on one of the family cars. I had my doctor looked at my hand and he referred me to a Dermatologist. I have an appointment on Monday after a two week delay. In addition to the Dermatologist looking at my Dermatitis, I hope the doctor can help me with my acne and blackheads. That's correct. I'm the 1 in 10 adults in America who have an acne problem while an adult. It's time to look better. Minor Updates. All of the updates are minor. Added two new quotes, updated Top 30 Most Memorable Moments, added two new SLJTB, added some new links, updated About Me, and updated About ININ. I added two links below the navigator links on the left column requesting people to support ININ by bidding on my eBay auctions and/or buying at my half.com store.
Update Sunday January 9, 2005:More minor, minor updates. Updated Cooking 101 Scrambled Eggs and someone helped identify a cosplay photo from Anime Expo 2003.
Update Saturday January 1, 2005:Minor, minor updates. Corrected a few misspelled words from Cooking 101.
Update Wednesday December 29, 2004:I like to start by being personal. Everyone makes mistakes. Even me. Some people think I'm a perfect person and people are intimidated such that people are afraid to make a mistake when I'm around and I'm going to demeanor them. I'm not the perfect person. I do make mistakes. Maybe I'm being deceptive because I make fewer mistakes, and many mistakes I make I correct them before anyone else notices? When I make a mistake, I admit I made a mistake. I don't blame someone or something else. I'm mentioning that I'm not a perfect person and I make mistakes because the people I interact daily I bail people out of their problems and help them solve problems which creates a false image I-am-the-know-it-all. I'm not. I still have a lot to learn. I help people who make mistakes because there are people who help me when I make a mistake. It goes both ways. Thank you for hearing me out. How about an example. Here is one example of a mistake. Recently, I disabled my Image Protection option. Image Protection prevents people from linking images from your web site to lower bandwidth. Unfortunately, I found out a few people were linking some of my images on forums for people to view, and when someone clicks on the image link, a server error message appears. I didn't like that because I want people to visit my website and view my images. The number of hits to ININ has increased. I am, however, going to watch my monthly bandwidth. End Year 2004. Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year 2005. Some people had a good 2004 and some people had a bad 2004. 2004 started bad for me. Fortunately, events beginning in September saved 2004 from becoming a bad year to a not that bad year--between good and bad. Honestly, I could say May was when 2004 was saved from becoming a bad year because ININ went online. I'm still debating myself. Since November 1, 2004, I finished reading Negotiating For Dummies by Michael Donaldson and Mimi Donaldson and I completed reading Swim With The Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive by Harven Mackay. Also, I signed up at PartyPoker.net and played Limit Texas Hold 'Em with play money, got a new crewcut, visited Las Vegas, scored a 70 feedback on eBay which was one of my goals, and finally, finally added JavaScript. It's not much JavaScript, but it's a start XD. On Monday December 27, I purchased Call Of Duty: Finest Hour for the GameCube. The video game was my first since I purchased the GameCube. Excellent game. I just have to find some time to play it. The Las Vegas mini vacation. Monday December 13 to Wednesday December 15, I went to Las Vegas with a friend who lives in Washington. (Please visit his web site. The links are below.) We stayed at Paris Las Vegas and the Bellagio. We were lucky to stayed at the Bellagio overlooking the strip and the water show. One activity we did was visit Binion's Horseshoe where The World Series of Poker was held. I played low limit Texas Hold 'Em for the first time. Great mini-vacation. Visit a friend's web site. Please visit Stephen's Web Site and Stephen's Second Web Site. Steve lives in Lilliwaup, Washington and likes to travel, read, learn investments, and watch movies. He created the web sites in November 2004. Always prepare, always plan ahead, always think ahead. What the heck does it mean? Some people say to live life is to have a family, work, and play. It's a general formula to live life daily. Raise a family, go to work to make an income, and find time to relax. When I read Swim With The Sharks, I learned one word which is Preparation. I'm going to innovate the formula: to live life is to have a family, work, play, and prepare or Family + Work + Play + Prepare = Great Life. Always find time to prepare for the next week, the next month, the next six months, the next year, and/or the next two years. (For single people, family is not in the formula, yet? XD) What do I mean prepare? I explain by telling what I did in 2004 to prepare for 2005:
So in 2005 . . . Any big or small preparation is preparation. Between January and March 2005, I plan to fix minor problems to my Edward Elric costume, begin reading SQL and ASP.Net, continue adding JavaScript to my ININ web site, create an Access database for my expenses, continue practicing my interview skills, and find small cap stocks to invest. In April 2005, I'm going to be selling more items on eBay. I hope with the hard work, determination, and luck, I hope 2005 is going to be a great year, and I also hope 2006 is going to be a great year because I never had back-to-back great years. Black Friday 2004. Friday November 26, 2004 was Black Friday 2004. Black Friday 2004 was my first time I shopped the day after Thanksgiving. There were lots of deals at the stores I went. One store had many of their specials sold out. It was not worth my time to wake up early and beat the crowds. I rather pay a little more for shipping and handling than to drive from store to store. I found better deals after Christmas. Anime In Brief. I like to thank my cousin Jessica for continuing to lend me the Rurouni Kenshin TV Series. As of the time of the update, I watched 74 episodes. The series is great and is one of my all time favorites. I'm also watching Azumanga Daioh and MahoRomantic. And, for those who don't know, the Full Metal Alchemist first DVD is released on February 2005, not January 2005. Books and DVDs for sale at half.com. Update Saturday October 30, 2004:Six month anniversary. November 1, 2004 is the six month anniversary ININ became online. I like to thank all the visitors and I hope everyone enjoyed surfing my web site. ININ web site never stops innovating. There are no updates. I'm just mentioning the six month anniversary and a couple of items below. Books and DVDs for sale at half.com. Click book and DVD list in .pdf to view books and DVDs for sale at my half.com store. Full Metal Alchemist Complete Best CD. Last week I purchased the Full Metal Alchemist Complete Best CD. The CD includes all the opening and ending themes. There is also a 120 page book with color pictures and drawings and a Region 2 DVD containing the opening and ending sequences without the credits. The CD is a limited edition and production ceases on January 2005. The January 2005 date was verified by two sources.
Update Wednesday October 27, 2004:Reverse the Curse. Congratulations to the Boston Red Sox for winning the 2004 World Series. The last time the Red Sox won the World Series was in 1918.
Update Sunday October 3, 2004:The next big update completed. Let's get straight to the updates:
Cosplaying for the first time. I cosplayed for the first time as Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist at the 2004 JapanTown Anime Faire (JTAF) officially known as JTAF 2. The costume took |
