3. Cut The Ends Off

Cut both ends off the zucchini using a knife without ridged edges.

4. Split The Zucchini In Half

Split the zucchini in half.

5. Cut The Zucchini Into Pieces

After splitting the zucchini, turn the two halves zucchini on the other side and laying flat.
Put the two halves zucchini next to each other.
Take the knife and cut into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces.

6. Cook The Zucchini

Fill the pot with 1 inch of water and boil.
When the water is boiling, place the zucchini into the pot.
Cover the pot.
When steam is coming out of the pot, the zucchini are ready to eat. Remove the zucchini.
The longer the zucchini is cooking, the softer the zucchini are.
Suggestion: You may start boiling the water earlier to shorten the cooking time.
