1. Preheat Oven And Prepare The Pan
- Preheat oven to broil on high temperature setting.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil shiny side showing.
- Make sure the aluminum foil is tight and snug around the pan, especially the edges.

2. Place The Grill
- Place the grill on top of the pan.
- The holes on the grill allows the steak juice to fall into the pan when broiling.

3. Open And Broil The Steak
- The four pieces of steak used are Beef Loin Top Sirloin totaling 3.3 pounds.
- Sprinkle favorite spices on the steak. McCormick Season All-Seasoned Salt spice was used.
- Place the steak into the oven to broil for 8-10 minutes.
- The steak is going to be cooked medium-rare.

4. Broil The Other Side Of The Steak
- Turn off the broiler and remove the steaks to be turned over to the other side.
- The steaks were broiled on the top level of the oven.
- Sprinkle favorite spices on the uncooked side.
- Turn on the oven to broil for 7-9 minutes.
- Don't recap the favorite spices bottle(s) because when sprinkling the spices, the heat from the oven entered into the container. Leave the container(s) open for 10 minutes to let out the heat.

5. Remove The Steak and Enjoy
- Remove the steak from the oven.
- You may check the steak by cutting open a piece to check the steak is cooked.
- Place the steak on a plate or a serving plate.
- Remove the grill and pour the steak juice in a bowl if any. Remove the oil if desired.
- Leave the steak in the oven longer for a medium to well-done cooked steak.
- Don't forget to turn off the oven.
