1. Prepare The Spiced Salt Seasoning
- To make the Spiced Salt spice, you need 2 tablespoon of Salt, 3/4 teaspoon of ground roasted Szechwan Peppercorns, and 1/2 teaspoon of Five-Spice Powder.
- Stir-fry the salt in a dry wok for 4 minutes until the color change slightly.
- Remove the salt from the wok and add the Szechwan Peppercorns and Five-Spice Powder.
- Mix well.
- Cool the seasoning.
- After cooling, place the seasoning in a jar for future use.

2. Preheat Oven and Place the Chicken on the Pan
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees to bake the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the pan.

3. Sprinkle Seasoning
- Sprinkle the Spiced Salt on the chicken.

4. Place the Chicken in the Oven
- Place the pan with the spiced chicken in the oven.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

5. Remove The Spiced Salt Chicken And Enjoy
- Remove the chicken from the oven.
- You may check the chicken by cutting open a piece to check the chicken is cooked.
- Place the chicken on a plate or a serving plate.
- Remove the pan from the oven and pour the chicken juice in a bowl if any. Remove the oil if desired.
- Don't forget to turn off the oven when done.
