How To Cook Bake Spiced Salt Chicken

1. Prepare The Spiced Salt Seasoning

To make the Spiced Salt spice, you need 2 tablespoon of Salt, 3/4 teaspoon of ground roasted Szechwan Peppercorns, and 1/2 teaspoon of Five-Spice Powder.
Stir-fry the salt in a dry wok for 4 minutes until the color change slightly.
Remove the salt from the wok and add the Szechwan Peppercorns and Five-Spice Powder.
Mix well.
Cool the seasoning.
After cooling, place the seasoning in a jar for future use.

2. Preheat Oven and Place the Chicken on the Pan

Preheat oven to 400 degrees to bake the chicken. Place the chicken on the pan.

4. Place the Chicken in the Oven

Place the pan with the spiced chicken in the oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

5. Remove The Spiced Salt Chicken And Enjoy

Remove the chicken from the oven.
You may check the chicken by cutting open a piece to check the chicken is cooked.
Place the chicken on a plate or a serving plate.
Remove the pan from the oven and pour the chicken juice in a bowl if any. Remove the oil if desired.
Don't forget to turn off the oven when done.
