- Beat eggs lightly or scramble eggs with a fork.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/8 salt.

- After adding the 1/2 cup milk and 1/8 salt, beat eggs lightly again or scramble with a fork.
- The egg mixture should look similar to the picture.

4. Dip The Bread
- Dip the bread in the egg mixture.
- Soak the bread. Don't saturate.

5. Dip The Other Side Of The Bread
- Turn the bread over to soak the other side. Don't saturate.

6. Remove The Bread
- After the other side of the bread is soaked, remove the bread.
- Place the soaked bread on a plate.
- Repeat dipping procedure to dip more piece(s) of bread.

7. Prepare The Skillet
- Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil to the skillet.
- Heat skillet to medium heat.

8. Move The Cooking Oil Around
- Move the cooking oil around the skillet. You may use a spatula.
- Make sure the skillet is entirely covered with cooking oil.

9. Cook The Bread
- When the skillet is at a medium temperature, cook the bread.
- Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes.

10. Turn The Bread Over
- Turn the bread over to cook the other side.

11. Cook The Other Side Of The Bread
- After turning over, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet when the French Toast puffs up and it's dry inside.
- Should not taste like bread.
- Repeat dipping procedure and cooking procedure to cook more French Toast if desired. Don't forget to oil the skillet again.

- The French Toast is ready to eat.
- You may add maple syrup, jelly, powder sugar, or confectioners' sugar.
- Don't forget to turn off the stove if you are done cooking.
- Tip: To preclean the skillet, use a dry paper towel the remove most of the oil.
